Loom Description: Students will weave three bead and fiber projects using a Mirrix Loom, including the “The Tapestry and Bead Cuff Bracelet” and two versions of "The Affinity Bracelet". You will walk away from the class knowing set-up and warping of a Mirrix Loom as well as a basic understanding of how to weave both fiber and beads on the loom. This will be a great introduction class for anyone who has a love of fiber, beads or both and wants to delve into the world of weaving head on! Students will need to purchase a Mirrix Loom with a shedding device 8" or larger prior to the class. Students will Learn: Basic information about Mirrix bead looms; how to weave beads; how to combine beads and fiber by weaving three stunning and colorful pieces.
Project will be completed in class.
At least 16 years old.
