Description: Make a beautiful bracelet using simple wire-weaving techniques. Students will work with fine-silver wire to complete this elegant, timeless project.
 
Students will Learn: Weave patterns required to complete the bracelet; discover the secrets of keeping the proper tension and correct spacing between wires that result in uniform weaves; beading the wire ends with a torch.
 
Prerequisites: Experience with wire weaving.
 
Project will be completed in class.
 
At least 16 years old.
 
Supplies to Bring: Fine-tip marker, masking tape, needle tool, task lamp, work surface. Optional: Optivisors.
 
Pliers: Chainnose without grooves, flatnose without grooves, standard roundnose.
 
Materials in Kit: Fine-silver wire, handout.
 
Limit: One seat per person per class.
