Metalwork Description: Explore the flexibility and uses of resin as you incorporate this medium into your work. Students will have hands-on experience with mold making, casting, epoxy clay, coloring, making collages, and faux finishing techniques.
Students will Learn: The flexibility of resin and the different uses for it; examples and discussion of many techniques.
Project will be completed in class.
At least 16 years old.
Supplies to Bring: Optional: Personal images or objects.
Materials in Kit: Papers and images, doming resin, epoxy clay, molding putty, Gilders Paste, found items, bezels. The instructor will provide tools for use in class.
Limit: One seat per person per class.
