Techniques

Description: Create a bead-woven bracelet using right-angle weave. Embellish the surface of it using a colorful assortment of crystals, triangular seed beads, and drops. Additional session offered Tuesday evening, June 4 (B131736).

Students will Learn: Basic right-angle weave to create and embellish a bracelet.

Project will not be completed in class.

At least 16 years old.

Supplies to Bring: Beading mat, microcrystalline wax or beeswax, scissors, tape measure, task lamp.

Materials in Kit: 11/0, 15/0, and triangle seed beads; Wildfire thread; needles; decorative button; fire-polished crystals; Swarovski crystals; Magatama drops. A portion of this kit is underwritten by SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS.
