Description: Students will use a torch for enameling on copper sheeting to create color, texture, and depth to jewelry. Tab bezels; dimensional, layered metal work; and unique cold connections are used to achieve fabulous accented finishes.
 
Students will Learn: Use of tab bezels, rivets, eyelets, and cold connections to create jewelry. Torch-firing enamel, wirework, metalwork, unique patinas, and many other techniques will be covered.
 
Project will be completed in class.
 
At least 18 years old.
 
Supplies to Bring: Ball-peen hammer, bench block, flush-cut wire cutters, tin snips, wire snips.
 
Pliers: Long needlenose.
 
Materials in Kit: Copper sheet, enamels, assorted wires, embellishments, findings.
 
Limit: One seat per person per class.
