Spiral Rope Description: This project features sparkly embellishments with Toho baroque pearls not available in the U.S. and Swarovski crystals. The pearls add a touch of class and are enhanced when used with crystals, making this a perfect necklace for special occasions. This class is taught by a Japanese instructor with a translator. Additional session offered Wednesday evening, June 5 (B130231).
Students will Learn: Spiral rope and embellishment.
Prerequisites: Spiral rope.
Project will not be completed in class.
At least 16 years old.
Supplies to Bring: Beading mat, scissors, tape measure, task lamp.
Materials in Kit: 8/0 and 11/0 Japanese seed beads; 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm Toho baroque glass pearls; Swarovski bicone crystals; toggle clasp; #11 beading needle; One-G beading thread.
