Description: A great class for designers of any age. No caning is required and students need only bring themselves. The veins of the leaf canes mimic the delicate structure of the Luna’s wings. Students can wear their winged friend as a pin or pendant and the mythic beauty of the Luna Moth will never be far away.
 
Students will Learn: How to repurpose basic leaf canes, design, and construction of the piece; how to sculpt a basic body and place accents on the wings to really set them off.
 
Prerequisites: Prior polymer clay experience useful but not mandatory.
 
Project will be completed in class.
 
At least 12 years old.
 
Supplies to Bring: Instructor will provide tools necessary for use in class.
 
Materials in Kit: Polymer clay and leaf cane, texturing material, adhesive, wire, instructions.
 
Limit: One seat per person per class.
