Description: Leather can be worked with in very similar ways to metal. We'll explore shaping, texturing, dying, punching, piercing, setting stones, rivets and snaps and more. Students will work on the project of their choice.
 
Project will be completed in class.
 
At least 18 years old.
 
Supplies to Bring: Leather can be worked with in very similar ways to metal. We'll explore shaping, texturing, dying, punching, piercing, setting stones, rivets and snaps and more. Students will work on the project of their choice.
 
Pliers: Chainnose, flush side-cutting, standard roundnose.
 
Materials in Kit: Vegetable tanned leather for practice and project, selection of snaps, rivets and use of instructors supplies and shared tools.

 
Limit: One seat per person per class.
