Metalwork Description: Enjoy a full plate of techniques and information about using FastFire BronzClay, including both kiln and torch firing and when each is appropriate. Students benefit from dedicated and knowledgeable instructors and a small class size. Additional session on Thursday, June 6th, (B131299).
Students will Learn: To create earrings, charms, rings, and pendants as they explore the individuality of BronzClay. Both types of firing will be covered with extensive notes and hands-on practice.
Project will be completed in class.
At least 12 years old.
Supplies to Bring: Craft knife, writing materials. Optional: Personal metal clay tools.
Materials in Kit: FastFire BronzClay, use of instructors’ tools and textures, consumables, handouts, firing and finishing services, choice of stones, embeddables.
