Description: Fine Silver (Art Clay Silver) pendants with a vintage feel.
 
Students will Learn: Method of forming metal clay with a rustic background, adding finely worded sentiments and the look of cold connected details as well as torch-fired and hand finishing techniques for metal clay. Loads of tips and tricks for working with metal clay will be shared.
 
Project will be completed in class.
 
At least 18 years old.
 
Supplies to Bring: 10 or 20 gram package of Low Fire Art Clay Silver, Art Clay Silver Syringe or Paste, small paint brush, metal clay tools (non-stick Teflon paper, playing cards or measuring slats, small acrylic roller, release agent like olive oil, cosmetic sponge, wire brush, agate burnisher. clay blade, X-Acto type craft knife, and files.
 
Materials in Kit: Polishing Pad and texture tool (Instructor will provide use of texture plates for worded sentiments, firing stations, and patina agent )
 
Limit: One seat per person per class.
