Peyote Stitch Description: Flower Power was inspired by the 1970’s jewelry movement offering a contemporary beaded approach incorporating the power of the flower! A flat Peyote stitched base is created as the band for this fun ring. The top of the flower is embellished with a CZ center and a series of fringes. The petals are 2-drop flat Peyote stitch with decreased edges and attached to a ring, so that the petals revolve while being worn.
Project will not be completed in class.

Supplies to Bring: Microcrystal wax, small sharp scissors and a thread zapper, a wooden needle case or a 1/2" x 3" piece of wooden doweling, lighting and magnification.
Materials in Kit: Full color instruction sheet, 3 grams 15° seed beads, 1 gram each of three colors of 15° seed beads, 3 grams Delica beads, 1 gram each of two colors of 11° seed beads, 1-6mm round faceted CZ, 1-6mm round 6 prong gold-filled or sterling silver setting, 2 bobbin One G thread, 2 size 12 beading needles, 1" x 1.5" piece of template plastic, 1" x .5" piece of Terrifically Tacky Tape and 1 handy plastic carrying case.
